Collaborators

What are Collaborators?
Collaborators are users on your account that have access restricted to certain Interviews and can only perform certain actions.
What can Collaborators do?
Collaborators can access only Interviews that Owners and Admins assign them to. Once assigned to an interview (or multiple interviews), Collaborators can access Invites and Wedges for the Interview, but they cannot access Questions or Settings. Simply, Collaborators get an uncomplicated view of your candidates for any Interview they are assigned to.
How to add Collaborators
Adding Collaborators is as easy as adding Members or Admins onto your account, just go to the Settings page, select the Members tab on the left, add a Member, and then select Collaborator in the dropdown while creating it.

How to assign Collaborators to an Interview
Assigning Collaborators to an Interview is done on the Interview level, so you can find it in Interview Settings drawer.
When you open Interview Settings for the Interview you want to add a Collaborator to, you should see the Collaborators section with a drop-down contained within it. When you click the drop-down, you will see a list of all the Collaborators you have on your account (note: only Collaborators will show up in this list, so if you don't have any Collaborators this list will be empty).
You can click the drop-down and select a Collaborator to add them. Once added, they will be able to view Wedges for that Interview they will also start getting notifications for that Interview as well.

When a Collaborator logs in, they will only see the Interview(s) they've been assigned.
When they select that Interview to see the details, they won't have the ability to manage Questions or Settings, but they'll have access to Inviting Candidates and viewing their Wedges.
