When would I want to re-invite candidates?
There are a couple of scenarios where it can be very helpful to re-invite candidates.
Your candidate says is having trouble receiving their invite email
If your candidate has not yet completed their Wedge and can't locate their invite email, it's possible that they never saw it and it's buried in their inbox. If this is the case, re-inviting them is a simple way to get the invite email back on the top of their inbox.
All you need to do to re-invite a candidate to a Job that they've already been invited to is navigate to the Job that you invited the candidate to, click on the Invites tab and click Resend. See the image below.
Your candidate has finished their Wedge and wants to re-record
In this case, all you need to do is click the orange Invite button, enter the candidate's email and click Send. When you do this, the candidate will be sent another invite and once they record, their old Wedge will be overwritten. No need to delete or archive their old Wedge, we take care of that for you!
If a candidate is not receiving an invite and none of this works...
Double-check to make sure the candidate's email address was entered correctly into Wedge when inviting them.
Have your candidates perform a search in their email inbox for any emails from email@example.com.
If they're still having trouble, have them reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
