The Candidate Wedges page is where you will go to view and rate the video interviews that have been completed.
Candidates that complete their video interviews will show up on the Candidate Wedges page. Each candidate gets organized into and displayed with a candidate tile.
Candidate Tiles
Candidate tiles contain a few useful bits of information. They contain their name, a picture, a rating, and a viewed/unviewed notification.
Name
The candidate's name is listed exactly as they entered it when they created their account.
Picture
Candidates are NOT required at any time to upload a picture of themselves, however, it is an option.
Rating
As an employer, you can rate candidates on a 5-star scale. Candidate ratings are NOT viewable to the candidates themselves.
Viewed/Unviewed Status
Candidate tiles that contain a video interview that has not been viewed by you or somebody on your team have an orange dot in the top right corner. Tiles that contain a video interview that has been viewed do not have an orange dot on the tile.
To learn how to toggle the status of this notification, check out our Viewing a Wedge article!
Deleting Videos
To delete a candidate or test video, hover over the card you'd like to delete and click the X in the top left corner of the card.
Sorting Tiles
Once a lot of videos start coming in, you'll want to keep them organized. You can do this by sorting the candidates. Whether you want to view the most recent or go through them in alphabetical order, you can!
Searching for a Candidate
You can use the filter and search bar in the top right to search for a specific candidate.
