Showcase Links

Showcase Links offer a branded, streamlined way to share candidate interview videos with external stakeholders like clients or hiring managers. Instead of using standard Wedge-branded links, Showcase Links lets your organization present videos in a professional, fully customized environment aligned with your company's brand.

What are Showcase Links?

Showcase Links provide a fully branded experience when sharing candidate videos externally. This feature allows you to:

• Use custom branding and domains
• Share candidate videos without Wedge branding
• Present a clean, simplified viewing experience without login requirements

How to Enable Showcase Links

If Showcase Links are part of your Wedge subscription, Account Owners and Admins can enable it for your entire team.

1. Navigate to Settings > Showcase.
2. Click Enable Showcase.
• Note: If you don't see Showcase as an option on your Settings page, reach out to us!

Once enabled, all team members can create and share Showcase Links

Disabling Showcase Links

You can disable Showcase Links at any time. Once Showcase Links is deactivated, existing showcase links will be redirected to the Wedge-branded Public Viewing page.

To disable:

1. Navigate to Settings > Showcase.
2. Click Disable Showcase.

Sharing Showcase Links

You can easily share candidate videos using Showcase Links directly from Wedge:

Option 1: From an Individual Interview

• Click the Showcase button on the Interview Viewer page.
• Paste the copied link into emails, messages, or collaboration tools like Slack.
• Recipients simply click the play button to view the candidate’s video.

Option 2: From an Interview Detail Page

• Hover over the candidate’s completed interview.
• Click the Copy Showcase Link icon that appears.
• Paste the link into your desired communication channel.

Mask Viewing to Limit Candidate Information

When Mask Viewing is enabled, only the candidate’s first name will be displayed to viewers. This helps protect candidate privacy and minimizes bias.

To activate Mask Viewing:

1. Go to Settings > Showcase.
2. Toggle Mask Viewing to ON.
3. Click Save Changes.
