Interview Properties
On your Interview Detail page, you can create and assign a Team and Location for each of your Interviews. Once you do, the properties will show up in the Info section of the left hand information sidebar.
Creating and Assigning Properties
To create and assign Interview Properties, click the Interview Settings button to open your settings sidebar. Immediately below the Interview Name field, you'll see both the Team and Location options. Click the Select dropdown and type a team or location name, then click Create. Once created, your property will be automatically assigned and you will see it with an orange x next to it. If it looks good, don't forget to click save in the bottom right corner of the sidebar!
Another way to create Properties is in Settings on the Interview Properties tab, you can click on which property (Team or Location) that you'd like to add and then click the Add button in the top right to create a new one.
Filtering by Properties
Once you've set up and assigned properties, you'll see them displayed on the Interviews page under each Interview title. You can filter by either Team or Location by typing it into the search bar, as you type, you will see Interview filter out.
Assigning Team Members
If your account includes Advanced Access Controls, you can assign your team members to either an team, location, or both. If you go to the Settings page and the Team tab you will see a Properties field on the Team table.
You can click on a team member to assign them to specific properties, or you can assign them as you're adding a new Member. You can change these properties at any time.
Once your team member is assigned to a Team or Location, they will only be able to view Interviews also assigned to that Team or Location.
